YOUR TREATMENTA Facial Shaped
Around Your Skin.
Begin by telling us what you’ve been noticing about your skin and what you’d like to focus on. Your Registered Nurse assesses your skin and shapes the facial around what will support it best on the day.
Depending on your skin, your treatment may include:
-
Enzymes, selected peel solutions or dermaplaning may be used to lift surface build-up and help your skin feel smoother.
-
Gentle HydraFacial-assisted extractions may be included to help clear blackheads and blocked pores, with care for your skin’s sensitivity.
-
Serums and moisturising products are selected to replenish hydration and support skin that feels dry, tight or sensitive.
-
Towards the end, a selected mask or LED light therapy may offer time to relax before moisturiser and sun protection complete your facial.
Your facial is tailored to your skin on the day and may include a combination of these treatment steps.
We take time to understand how your skin feels, what you’d like to improve and what has—or hasn’t—worked in the past.
Your Registered Nurse considers your skin, health history and current skincare, with EVE Muse skin imaging where appropriate. Skin can be congested and still sensitive, so thorough cleansing isn’t always the priority—sometimes hydration and a gentler approach are what’s needed.
We explain our recommendations and what you can realistically expect, guiding you towards another treatment if it better suits your concerns.

WHAT TO EXPECTDuring Your Treatment
Your facial begins with cleansing, followed by the steps selected for your skin. Exfoliation may cause tingling, and extractions can feel more noticeable, so your nurse monitors your comfort and adjusts the treatment as needed.
Towards the end, there’s time to relax with a mask or LED light therapy, where included, before moisturiser and sun protection complete your facial.
Before Your Treatment
Before you settle in, your nurse explains how your Clinical Facial will be tailored, including the expected benefits and possible risks, and answers your questions. We also check for any changes since booking that could affect treatment.

After Your Treatment
Your skin may feel freshly cleansed, more hydrated and comfortable. Downtime is usually minimal, although temporary redness, sensitivity, dryness or irritation can occur. Reactions to treatment products are also possible.
Before you leave, we explain your aftercare and when to resume active skincare, so you feel confident caring for your skin at home and know how to reach us with any concerns.
Questions About
HydraFacial
-
The smoother, hydrated feel and refreshed appearance may last around five to seven days, sometimes longer. These effects are temporary, and the degree of change varies.
Your skin’s starting condition, the treatment selected and your routine can influence what you notice. We explain what is realistic for your skin before treatment.
-
A monthly interval is a common approach for maintenance, although you do not need to commit to regular appointments to have a HydraFacial. An occasional treatment can also suit a skin refresh.
For ongoing concerns, your nurse may recommend timing based on your skin’s response, the benefit you are noticing and any other treatments in your plan.
-
Exfoliation and suction-based extraction can help remove build-up from congested pores. This may improve the appearance of blackheads and make some pores look less noticeable, although it does not permanently close or remove pores.
Inflamed breakouts and deeper acne scarring need a separate assessment, as HydraFacial may not address the underlying concern.
-
Sensitive skin needs a considered approach. We assess how your skin feels, what triggers irritation and how it has responded to previous treatments before selecting products and treatment settings.
Active irritation, sunburn, broken skin or infection may mean postponing treatment. We explain whether HydraFacial is suitable for your skin, or whether another approach would be more appropriate.
-
HydraFacial can be considered for a pre-event refresh, but allow time for your skin to settle. Temporary redness or sensitivity can occur, even with a treatment that usually involves little downtime.
For your first HydraFacial, avoid leaving it until the day before an important occasion. Share your event date when booking so we can recommend suitable timing.
-
HydraFacial combines device-assisted exfoliation, suction-based extraction and hydration. A clinical facial offers a tailored combination of products and treatment steps, while a chemical peel focuses on exfoliation using a selected peel solution.
The distinction matters when congestion, sensitivity, pigmentation or texture is your main concern. We recommend an approach based on the concern you would like to address and your skin’s current condition.
-
You can book a HydraFacial directly. Assessment is included, and your Registered Nurse confirms suitability before treatment.
If you have several concerns or would like a broader treatment plan, a Skin & Cosmetic Consultation allows dedicated time for assessment and recommendations. Our team can also help you select the right appointment before you book.
