-

Signature Hydrafacial
45 Minutes | $250
Deep cleansing & hydration
For those times when your skin feels congested, dry or simply in need of a refresh. Signature brings together cleansing, exfoliation and extraction to lift away surface build-up, followed by hydration to help your skin feel smoother and replenished. Your appointment finishes with LED light therapy, moisturiser and sun protection.
-

Deluxe Hydrafacial
60 Minutes | $300
A refresh with more focused care
If you’d like to address a particular skin concern, Deluxe adds a concentrated serum booster to the core Hydrafacial treatment. Your nurse selects the booster for your skin’s needs and explains its intended benefits, giving your facial a more targeted focus before you relax during LED light therapy. Moisturiser and sun protection complete your treatment.
-

Platinum Hydrafacial
75 Minutes | $350
The complete HydraFacial experience
For those who would like a longer appointment with the additional steps of lymphatic drainage and a selected serum booster. Platinum begins with lymphatic drainage before moving through cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration, with the booster chosen for your individual concerns. There’s time to relax during LED light therapy before finishing with moisturiser and sun protection.
We take time to understand what you’d like to improve, how your skin feels and what has worked (or hasn’t) in the past.
Your Registered Nurse looks closely at your skin, considering your current routine, health history and previous treatments. Skin can feel congested and still be sensitive, so we balance thorough cleansing with the attention your skin needs.
We explain our recommendations and what you can realistically expect. Whether you’re here for an occasional refresh or ongoing treatment, your goals and your skin’s response guide the plan.

WHAT TO EXPECT
An Experience Designed
Around You.
01Before Your Treatment
Before you settle in, your nurse confirms how your Hydrafacial will be tailored, explains the expected benefits and risks, and answers your questions. We also check for any changes since booking that could affect treatment.
02During Your Treatment
As your skin is cleansed and exfoliated, you may notice cool solutions, light suction or tingling, particularly through congested areas. We check your comfort throughout and adjust the treatment as needed.
Then there’s time to relax with LED light therapy, before we apply serums, moisturiser and sun protection selected for your skin.
03After Your Treatment
Your skin may feel smoother, freshly cleansed and more hydrated. Downtime is usually minimal, although temporary redness, tightness, sensitivity or irritation can occur.
Before you leave, we explain your aftercare and when to resume active skincare, so you know how to look after your skin at home and how to reach us with any concerns.
From Assessment to Review
Understanding Your Priorities
We clarify the changes you’ve noticed, what you would like to address and what matters to you about your existing features.
01Discussing Your Options
We explain the reasoning behind our recommendation, including expected benefits, potential effects on fullness or contour, limitations, risks, recovery and costs.
02Reviewing Your Response
If you proceed, we provide aftercare and explain when to return for review. We assess your response over time before recommending further treatment, with clear guidance on contacting our team between appointments.

Questions About
HydraFacial
-
The smoother, hydrated feel and refreshed appearance may last around five to seven days, sometimes longer. These effects are temporary, and the degree of improvement varies.
Your skin’s starting condition, the treatment selected and your routine influence what you notice. We explain what’s realistic for your skin before treatment.
-
A monthly interval is a common approach to maintenance, although you don’t need to commit to regular appointments to have a HydraFacial. An occasional treatment can suit a skin refresh.
For ongoing concerns, your nurse recommends timing based on your skin’s response, the benefit you’re seeing and any other treatments in your plan.
-
Exfoliation and suction-based extraction help remove build-up from congested pores. This can improve the appearance of blackheads and make some pores look less noticeable, although it does not permanently close or remove pores.
Inflamed breakouts and deeper acne scars need a separate assessment, as HydraFacial may not address the underlying concern.
-
Sensitive skin needs a considered approach. We assess how your skin feels, what triggers irritation and how it has responded to previous treatments before selecting products and treatment settings.
Active irritation, sunburn, broken skin or infection may mean postponing treatment. We explain whether HydraFacial suits your skin or another approach would be more appropriate.
-
HydraFacial can be considered for a pre-event refresh, but allow time for your skin to settle. Temporary redness or sensitivity can occur, even with a treatment that usually involves little downtime.
For your first HydraFacial, avoid leaving it until the day before an important occasion. Share your event date when booking so we can recommend suitable timing.
-
HydraFacial combines device-assisted exfoliation, suction-based extraction and hydration. A clinical facial offers a tailored combination of products and treatment steps, while a chemical peel focuses on exfoliation using a selected peel solution.
The distinction matters when congestion, sensitivity, pigmentation or texture is your main concern. We recommend the approach that offers a relevant benefit for your skin.
-
You can book your HydraFacial directly. Assessment is included, and your Registered Nurse confirms suitability before treatment.
For several concerns or a broader treatment plan, a Skin & Cosmetic Consultation provides dedicated time for assessment and recommendations. Our team can help with appointment selection before you book.
